Located at 464 Scenic Drive, Waiatarua, Auckland, New Zealand, the brigade serves the communities of Waiatarua, Anawhata, Nihotupu & Oratia, along with backup support to our neighbouring fire districts Karekare and Piha.
Operating out of a station located near the turn-off to Piha Road in the Waitakere Ranges, it is staffed by up to twenty fire volunteers.
The station has one pumping appliance and a support vehicle. Management is provided by a Volunteer Chief and Deputy Chief Fire Officer, supported by two Station Officers.
